How do I order?

How much does shipping cost? 

  • Economy (6—10 business days) is $6.99, or free if the order value is over $100 regularly.
  •  Economy Select (3-4 business days) is $12 
  • Expedited (2 business days) is $25 
  • Overnight (next business day) is $50

 

What is my order status?

  • To lookup the status of your order, click here! If you have a Divatise Active.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Dashboard page, under recent orders. How do I cancel my order?

  • Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

 

Can I exchange my order?

  • We are currently not set up for exchanges. For all domestic customers, we have created a pre-paid FEDX/UPS return label inside of your package. We want to make our returns process as seamless as possible! Please drop the package off at your local FEDEX/UPS location. Once received, we will be more than happy to issue a full refund for all the items we’ve received. We will email you a refund notification once this has been processed. Once processed, please allow between 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect onto your original form of payment. If you have an order shipping internationally, please reach out to an agent.

 

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships? 

  • Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it is sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. Remember, shipping is free!

 

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships? 

  • You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

 

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered? 

  • Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the looks you didn’t mean to order.

 

Why is my order not being delivered on time? 

  • Shipping estimates are provided by UPS and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

 

When will my order arrive?

  • Orders placed with Economy shipping will ship within 1—2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM PST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

  • Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 1:00PM PST Monday—Friday will be shipped same day. Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 1:00PM PST on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). All international orders placed by 11:00 AM PST will ship out within 2 business days. On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.

 

  • IMPORTANT: Domestic shipping guidelines apply to shipping within the United States but are considered non-domestic and are subject to longer ship times are: Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia. 

 

  • Please be aware:we are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, any acts of nature, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under any circumstance, Divatise Active isn't responsible for incidental or consequential damages either.

 

 

Can I ship as a gift?

  •  During checkout, use the gift recipient's address as the shipping address. We will wrap it in pretty tissue and box and include a gift receipt and a personalize a message of your choice. Just let us know!

 

Do you accept International orders?

  • WE DO!
    All prices are in US Dollars and will be calculated according to the current exchange rate in accordance to your credit card. USPS Priority International shipping for your total order is $15. Your purchase will arrive within 6-10 business days. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Final Sales

  • Items marked "Final Sale" are considered final and cannot be returned once purchased.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

  • Yes, we charge sales tax in most states. The tax will be reflected at checkout once you update your shipping address.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is Divatise Active return policy?

  • Returns are happily accepted within 30 days, National and International. Please contact us for return authorization. Returned garments must be returned in unused condition. Once your return is accepted, you will be notified via email, once the refund has been issued will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days.

 

  • Divatise Active reserves the right to deny a return request if the returned item is determined to have been damaged or worn by the customer. Divatise Active is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

 

  • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization is created when your return your request is approved. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy. You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 5 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 5 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.

 

  • We have one convenient way to return: Click here to log in and go to your Order History to start a return and request return. Check your inbox for a pre-paid shipping label.   • FREE RETURNS for domestic orders within the US and we will provide you a prepaid return label via email.

 

  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Order outside of the US, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Divatise aActive but you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

 

What is Divatise Active exchange policy?

  • EXCHANGE: We, are no longer accepting exchanges. Our Divatisers (employees)e with great care are trying to get the correct product to you as fast as possible, for you to get the best experience possible.  If you are in need of a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/s you no not want, and place a new order.

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?

  • Please send an email to customerservice@DivatiseActive.com.  Please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a description of the issue.

 

How long does it take to process a return? 

  • If you choose to return for a full refund, you can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 3—5 business days after the return has been processed, but processing credit is subject to your bank.
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed.
  • Please allow additional time for international orders. If you choose to return for store credit, your credit will be available in your Divatise Active account for immediate use as soon as the return is processed.
